Located on the Oswego River in the heart of the Village of Phoenix which is located by Lock 1, the first Lock heading toward Lake Ontario through the Erie Canal System.
Build a bonfire, go for a swim in the swim spa - summer or winter, fish, enjoy the garden where we grow bird friendly flowers, enjoy watching and feeding the birds, ducks and squirrels, or watch the bald eagles soar and hunt the river, or do nothing at all.
You will have the best views of the sunset from the deck or sitting by the rivers edge.

Pet Parents, we love pets!
Please review our Pet Policy in the House Rules before booking. Dogs should not be left alone unless crated—for everyone’s safety, including your pet’s. You’re welcome to have a pet sitter stay with them while you’re out. Check out “Rover” for local sitters, or ask us in advance—we’re happy to help with arrangements! Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
