Zachary Thank you for this feedback when you checked out we had our pest control team check the room you were in and they did not see/find anything in your room. We would be more then willing to re clean your room or move you to a different room if these things were brought up to us during your stay. We are sorry that you did experience this during your stay as this is not our hotel standard at all. Looking at your reservation it seems you did not pay the required hotel deposit to check-in that is why you were not able to check-in. Mark During our slower season we do not put out as many options as we normally would as we do not have a lot of guest on property we do still offer fresh cooked eggs, sausage , cereals and bagels. We also service all rooms every 3 days unless the guest requests otherwise.
