'My flight was canceled, and I did not receive a refund for the missed day. The person I spoke with on the phone promised a voucher for lunch or dinner at their Soho restaurant, but I received neither when I asked. I was told that the individual I spoke with was neither the manager nor a supervisor, which I believe was a lie. Additionally, there was no water in the room. The breakfast options are very limited and served late. On Saturday, I was told staff shortages caused breakfast not to be...

'Each time I went to the desk there was no one there. I spent 2 night there. the maids never came to my room and replaced the towels I had used the day before. The food at Revel restaurant was really bad. The server did ask would me and my guests wanted to return and replace the food. We decline and left.'

'Great location for stage AE and PNC park. Front deskteam was friendly. Had little to no hot water to shower with was booty cheeks. All in all will stay again..when in town.'

'We planned a weekend to visit the Penguins and Steelers and this hotel is perfectly suited downtown Pittsburgh, the stadiums are in walking distance. We ejoyed our stay.'
