'The facilities and the hotel itself were amazing. The only negative point was that the rooms were not very well soundproofed. Unfortunately, our room was very noisy, and we could hear everything from our neighboring rooms. There was a baby crying throughout the night, as well as a family making a lot of noise, moving between rooms and repeatedly slamming doors.'
'Breakfast was extremly good. Everything you wish for was there and very tastful. Also the interiour was very nice with a wonderful view at the beach from our room. The people who work there are also very sweet. Very good place to stay there. Thanks '
'Staff was very helpful and friendly. We requested another room because we were experiencing noise nuisance from the pool maintenance. Got another room and also a refund for the price difference of the rooms.'
'The staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. They have airport shuttle but only runs every 2 hours, we didn’t get to use it as it didn’t work out with our flight schedule.'
'A small resort, a little back from the main road and beach, but absolutely charming. The main road with all the shops and restaurants is about a 5 minute walk.
The resort itself is small, around 24 rooms, therefor it is quiet and peaceful. People with children enjoy this place very much.
The resorts consists of small 2-story buildings situated around a big pool and gorgeous landscaping. Many palm trees and an abundance of flowers line the pool as wel as excellent loungers. On one side of the...
'Beautiful location and facility to relax, swim in the sea or pool, enjoy a nice cocktail and sleep in a beautiful cabin surrounded by trees with a seaview.'

'The property was great! They buggy you to the market nearby and also to the night market. The staff was very helpful for anything we needed help with. Daisy and Haia were so awesome! The breakfast buffet was really good every morning too. Andochine is located nicely on the island.'
'Unfortunately, our stay was not very pleasant. The noise from the neighboring room and the room above made it impossible for us to sleep well. The soundproofing is really poor, and noise from the hallway and common areas can be clearly heard inside the room.'
'We were very very disappointed when check in , we booked one the apartment 3 bedrooms sea view & fireworks, but They want to give us 3 bedrooms different level no view at all , we rejected it then we had the problem too much problem communicated with owner ,5 hours couldn’t check in because she didn’t know ENGLISH at all , she took the email from Expedia then translated it in Vietnamese languages , wasn’t exactly that the booking, finally after 5 hours fighting then she gave us the apartment 3...
'From pick up at the airport to checking in was smooth. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. We wanted a place to ourselves and be left alone and that’s what we got. More information about the grounds and operating hours would help. I had to contact guest services a lot the first couple of days bc there’s not enough information. They’re quick to answer and meet our needs except for the last day during checkout. It could be bc of the internet connect wasn’t good that day and they...
'We spent an hour sending messages about the correct location of the hotel. Anyway, this is not hotel. It is a residence building on the hillside. Have to use stairway or escalators going up from Starbucks to the building. On hotles.com, they show their location is incorrect. Location would be the three big buildings when you see from Starbucks and cable car station. Room is similar with pictures from hotels.com. however, the lobby is on 3rd floor and no reception, just a security booth. The...

The rooms are nicely decorated with a great bathroom. All is very clean and meticulously maintained. The staff really take pride in their work.
Breakfast is very decent with Vietnamese, Asian and Western dishes. The quality is very good and the personnel is again great.
In general I will say that the personnel go out of their way to accommodate you. If you need something: just ask. Many times you will even be invited to have tea with the lovely owner of this resort. However: unless you are fluent in Vietnamese: Google Translate is required. But you will enjoy the local atmosphere.
This hotel is absolutely recommended."

Vandaar 4 sterren. "
