'I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh.'

'All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! That was very good. Staff was also friendly and trying to be helpful, they didn’t manage too well whatsoever. The water was only warm when I asked them to turn on the boiler. 'The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious. 'The location of the property is great, a short walk up the road to the main market area and old town, but the room was cold and damp and smelled very damp. The room was never cleaned during the entire week stay and there was no heating in the room. The was not enough toilet paper or towels. The room was also not clean on arrival and stayed that way as they never cleaned the room at all. Also many of the power sockets and light switches didn’t work. '
