'We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. '

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). 'It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.'

'Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. '

'Cozy accomodation, there are at least 2 routes up/down. The first time we had the "adventurous" route where there were really small and high angle mountain roads. Our Toyota Aygo didn't like that, at all ;) However, If you set your navigation to Epikure, you will see a road going up which also leads up to the accomodation, but much much easier road. Adriana, the housekeeper is a sweetheart!'

'Wij hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie in Escale Incanto! Het uitzicht is fenomenaal, het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, en de omgeving met al die idyllische dorpjes is wonderschoon. Ook voor onze kinderen (15 en 10 jaar) was er veel leuks te beleven; suppen, kanoën, bootje huren en natuurlijk het strandje zo dichtbij….! De gastvrouw, Claudine, is uiterst hartelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen graag een keertje terug naar dit paradijsje!'

'De foto’s van het appartement wekken de suggestie dat je vanuit het appartement op het balkon/terras komt. Dit is niet het geval. Je moet behoorlijk omlopen en dan met de lift naar de 2 etage. Daar aangekomen loop je nog een stukje om bij jouw plekje te komen. Dit viel ons erg tegen. Het uitzicht was fantastisch maar als je bijvoorbeeld een 2e pot thee of koffie wilde hebben bij het ontbijt moest je weer helemaal terug wat we dan maar niet deden.'

'Prachtige locatie met schitterend uitzicht op het comomeer vanaf het zwembad. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De bar vond ik een tikkeltje gierig voor Italiaanse begrippen: we hadden twee aperitiefjes besteld en daar krijg je normaal gesproken wat kleine hapjes of nootjes bij. Dat had ik wel verwacht bij een spritz van 8 euro in een 4 sterren hotel maar helaas. De staat en inrichting van het hotel is in mijn mening wel iets gedateerd. Het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad maakt dat wel goed. '

Restaurant is very nice with good service and fine dinning. Bistro is also very good with good food and drinks. In 10 minutes walking you are at the trainstation.en with the small train in 5 minutes in the centro lugano.with shopping and a lot of restaurants and cafe,s and bars. From the terras and infinity pool there is a great view around.
