The property accommodates up to 5 guests and is particularly suitable for families, couples and small groups of friends seeking privacy, comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. Its distinctive charm lies in its outdoor spaces: a beautifully maintained garden filled with typical Sorrento Peninsula trees, flowers and vegetation, a picturesque lemon grove and a private terrace where guests can enjoy peaceful moments in the open air.

The interiors are welcoming, functional and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay, even for longer holidays. The spacious and bright master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to three people. The room also includes a Smart TV, air conditioning, wardrobes and a desk with a chair, making it ideal for guests who wish to work remotely. A private balcony overlooking the greenery offers the perfect setting to start the day with fresh garden air and the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

The second bedroom, more intimate and private, is furnished with two single beds and is perfect for children, friends or other family members. The layout of the bedrooms allows guests to enjoy their holiday together while maintaining a pleasant separation between sleeping areas.

The living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and TV, designed to provide independence and convenience throughout your stay. Each guest is provided with three towels, including a face towel, bath towel and bidet towel, as well as bed linen. A complimentary welcome kit containing soap, shampoo and toilet paper is also provided upon arrival.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and private terrace, as well as access to the garden, lemon grove and free parking area within the property.

Check-in is carried out in person: a member of our staff will welcome you directly at the property, hand over the keys, show you around the accommodation and provide useful information about the house and the surrounding area, along with recommendations to help you make the most of your stay. It is therefore necessary to arrange your arrival time in advance by communicating with us privately after booking.

Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. For arrivals outside standard hours, late check-in can be arranged for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM.

Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid identity document, as required for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities under Italian law.

A local tourist tax also applies from April to October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. In the municipality of Piano di Sorrento, the tax is €4 per person per night, with minors exempt.
