'This was our favorite spot that we stayed on our recent trip across Italy! The room was pristine and exactly matched the pictures. The hotel location was also superb right by the Main Street of Sorrento. Easy access to the train station and harbor. Everyone on the staff was amazingly kind and helpful- even helping to arrange a welcome fruit platter and champagne bottle for our arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. We would definitely stay again if back in the Sorrento area! '

'The junior suite option at the hotel offered fantastic views of the Square and although with balcony doors open it gave a birds eye view and noisy ambiance, this was immediately cut once the doors were closed thanks to their triple glazing, so best of both worlds! Staff were excellent, offering recommendations and could not do enough at checking in and would highly recommend this central location, certainly would stop at this hotel again if in Sorrento. 'Our stay was a perfect 10/10. Communication with the host was seamless—quick, friendly, and helpful both before and during the trip. The b&b is in a super walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and the sprawling balcony is just chef’s kiss—the kind of place you never want to leave. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). Would absolutely stay here again!'

'I was absolutely amazed by the room! So new and modern, many amenities, staff so professional and friendly, good area to walk to main piazza. The only thing they can improve is the main entrance to building, so hard to find this place, the sign at door is so small so hard to find! Other than that, I loved this place. 'We spent a week and a half at the Grand Hotel Royal and found the hotel to be the perfect choice for us. When you want to make a day trip you are very close to the train and bus station and the harbour. When you like to relax a bit the pool and beach are perfect whith lovely views over the Gulf of Naples. I would advice this hotel to anyone! Only thing to consider is that the see view and lateral see view rooms are very expensive and from the hotel garden you have the same view, so would not...

'The location was great being a short walk to Piazza Tasso and since the property is large and surrounded by the lemon trees, you forget you’re just off the city streets with noise being very minimal. The staff was very welcoming and always responsive to any request or question. Chimando was a great in the morning with breakfast service and always a pleasure. The food and service at the restaurant was also good. '
