To us, it sounds like an ideal destination to recharge your batteries, and to you? If you have been dreaming of a vacation in nature for a long time, we have the solution for you.



Villa Zita consists of 2 separate buildings that share a courtyard. The total interior area of the villa is 320 m² and is spread over 2 floors. The villa welcomes you with a living room with fireplace and TV, ideal for daytime or evening relaxation with movies. There is also a spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and if you prefer to cook outdoors, there is a summer kitchen with access to the terrace with swimming pool. The kitchen also has a dining table with 8 chairs.



The villa has 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Most of the rooms have double beds, while 1 has 2 single beds. Each room has a wardrobe and satellite TV, and 2 rooms also have access to a balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, hairdryers and toiletries. In addition to the 5 bathrooms in the bedrooms, the villa also has 2 guest toilets.



The villa is set in a beautifully landscaped, paved garden of 650 m². The main star of the garden is certainly the swimming pool with hydromassage, and there are several outdoor areas for relaxing in the sun. There are no less than 10 sun loungers at your disposal, and when you get tired of the sun, you can unfold the umbrellas and stretch out in the comfortable lounge chairs on the terrace in front of the villa. Relaxation does not end there - the villa also has a Finnish sauna and an air-conditioned area with loungers for maximum enjoyment. Within the property there is private parking for 5 vehicles.



While the emphasis in Villa Zita is on relaxation, the surrounding area calls for recreation. Our recommendation is to leave your cars in the parking lot and explore the area on 2 wheels - bicycles. Endless fields, vineyards and fresh air are waiting for you. Near the villa is the Učka National Park, an ideal place for hiking enthusiasts, and the sea is also not far away - the first beach is half an hour away by car.
