Very disappointed, booked this hotel as the pictures and pool looked amzing . Drove additional 20 mile because how great it looked . Traveling with 5 people , I booked a bigger room that said sleeps up to 6 . When we arrived we had a really nice lady at check in everything went well. When we got the room I have noticed that instead of 2 queen beds we received a king , so we went downstatis to sene if they had any other options . The front lady called the manger, and the manger said that we would have to pay extra to I said its fine , we will go back to the room that we have , as I already paid 200 dol forthat room
I did not want to pay more. The manager was horrible, with the attitude that we cannot stay in that room as its up to 4 people. I started telling her that when I booked its says different. Omg how rude she was , i had to proof to her that she was wrong . Went to book a room andit did day sleep up to 6. Very very rrude andshe said that its fine sta my than. Also the hotel was very dirty… my husband took the kids and came back after 10 min , the water was green with stuff inside the water . Pool was disgusting. Also the rooms did not have all the sheets . The sheets that they provided were ripped all over . Overall the worst experience I had so far while traveling .I dont understand how a manager could treat the customers like that. I will provide the pictures of how dirty the pool was and all around the hotel.
