'Hotel stonk naar rook. Steak restaurant was echt heel erg duur en heel erg slecht. Zelf vinden ze dat ze het beste steakhouse in de regio zijn. Geen idee waarom. Alles was uit pakjes, vermoed dat de spinazie die bij het vlees zat uit blik was. Een afrader dit hotel. '

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt relaxt gelegen. Jacuzzi buiten is een aanrader.'

'Veel goede dineropties en supermarkten in directe omgeving. Oakhurst grill van Best Western heerlijk eten. Op 15 meter afstand hele leuke antique winkel met oude reclame borden en merchandise, houtsnijwerk etc. Ontbijt is super! Kamers kregen allemaal nieuwe tv's. Housekeeping op request, wij hadden voor 2 nachten voldoende handdoeken.'

'1 van de beste hotels van onze reis. Nieuw, schoon, netjes, vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime kamer. Daarnaast kun je heerlijk eten bij het restaurant dat bij het hotel zit. '

'The photo’s were not representative for the accommodation. The family room we had was really outdated and not worth the stay. Personnel was friendly though and can’t be held responsible for the stay which did not live up to the expectations '

'De algemene voorzieningen hebben aandacht nodig qua schoonmaak. Vloeren waren niet schoon, zelfde geldt voor ramen. De kamers waren wel mooi en schoon. Erg druk bij het ontbijt.'

'This is an amazing place to stay when visiting Yosemite National Park. Oakhurst is relatively close by (30 minutes to the south entrance) and the town has all the amenities that one can ask for. The hotel is very nicely located off highway 41 and next to a river. The room I had was super spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was kingsize and super comfortable. I did feel very at home. The patio outside was a nice touch, especially when the sun is out in the morning.'

'No electricity bedside. No bedside lights. Seems run down. Cold water is hot during the day. There is very little hot water for a shower. Some ventilation in the bathroom would be nice.'

'What a gem! Honestly, as a base for visiting Yosemite, this is a fantastic stay. Would book here again for sure…'
