'The fitness center was closed for the entire 3 day stay because of a leak in the air conditioning. They said it would be fixed but never opened. The television controls were uninterpretable until a maintenance person wrote out the directions on day #2. There was no way that I would have figured it out. My coffee machine did not work either. When I asked to be comped for at least 1 day of my 3 days stay, I was told a manager would call me after checking out and I never received a phone call'

'The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.'
