'Casa Solcor is like a beautiful oasis in the desert. The entire place is adorably decorated. The staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the area or the facility. They helped us plan our daily adventures, set up the hot tub for us, arranged for food delivery... any request they handeled swiftly and kindly. I would love to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beautiful pools and common lounge areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!'

I got sick during my stay, and the front desk was kind enough to help me call a local taxi so I could get to a clinic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to my friends. 'Enjoyed a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was well kept and breakfast options were simple but enjoyable. The staff were able to provide a packed lunch for early mornings with enough notice. There was a language barrier at times but most communication was through Whatsapp and there were no issues arranging check in/out and meals. Very grateful for my stay and would recommend to others.'

The shower did not have any hot water some days and there was no curtain to protect the rest of the bathroom from the water splashing from the shower. Staff did not serve my room one of the four days I was there for no apparent reason other than "they forgot". The hotel was terribly noisy until late and very early in the morning.
