"De locatie van dit hotel is uitstekend! Alles is op loopafstand en het ligt aan een gezellige straat vol leuke horeca. Zelfs laat op de avond kun je nog gemakkelijk een plek vinden om iets te eten. Het hotel zelf is klein, huiselijk en sfeervol, perfect voor een stedentrip. De kamer is ruim voldoende en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was ook heel goed. Ik zal dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Istanbul!"

"Blijf van de Minibar weg in de kamer.. Voor Water of frisdrank rekenen zij iets meer dan 6eur aan.. Voor de rest zeer goede verblijf gehad. "

"We had a great stay at Nordstern hotel. Strategic location, near public transport, the Galata tower and Galata bridge. The rooms have a nice vintage style decor with high ceilings while the bathroom is very modern (a smart choice). Our room was very clean and neat. The breakfast is buffet style with many savoury and sweet options. But the best part of the hotel is the excellent staff: they are very warm, kind, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel at home. Our airport transfer service was arranged smoothly and the contact with the hotel manager and reception was easy. We really liked the small attentive gestures from the staff: we were offered cold water when we arrived (apart from the bottled water in the rooms), and when we came back to our room after a long (warm!) day, we saw a bottle of ice cold water and normal bottled water. We would also like to thank the kitchen staff for the Turkish coffee, and they also offered to make us an omelette for breakfast, very kind. A big thank you to the staff! I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel at home in a neat hotel at a great location with excellent staff. Hopefully till next time."

"We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Ontbijt beviel goed en het personeel was heel aardig en professioneel. Het hotel heeft iets mystieks en een serie op netflix heeft ook inze interesse en keuze voor dit hotel makkelijk gemaakt. "
