"Parking ok, outside doors looks broken- so wouldn’t lock, no hand soap- supply hadn’t come in? Booked queen bed got double. Only one bath towel. Room was dark- lamp at bedside didn’t work, clock didn’t work. Staff refilled coffee and hot food when requested "
