Villa Enzo is located in a quiet area in Marina di Pietrasanta, just 2 km from the beach. The property is surrounded by a large well-kept garden (2,000 m2) with lawn and olive trees.

Under the patio you will find a relaxation area with deckchairs and a dining table with barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals with friends.

Moreover at guests\' disposal a private parking for 3 cars.



Internal Description



Villa Enzo is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.



Ground floor: You are welcomed by a bright living area, furnished with dining table, armchairs, fireplace and tv. Next there is a rustic kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, electric oven, toaster, fryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, and breakfast table. Both the kitchen and the dining room have direct access to the outdoor patio.

Also on the ground floor you will find 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower).



First floor: On the first floor is an attic with 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a French bed and a telescope (which can be used by guests) and the other bedroom with a spacious single bed and large tv.

Lastly there is a bathroom with bathtub.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
