THE VILLA

The villa is on two levels with large, bright and finely furnished rooms.

On the ground floor you will be immediately greeted by an elegant living room with a warm and contemporary atmosphere. The living room houses two comfortable sofas, a modern wood-burning fireplace, smart TV and a wooden table that can accommodate up to 11 people.

On this floor you have two full kitchens equipped with all the appliances necessary for a pleasant stay. You will have 2 refrigerators, a mini bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, double burners and all other equipment.

On the floor you will find two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms equipped with every comfort.

The floor is completed by a service bathroom and the laundry area with 2 washer-dryers and storage area.

Going up to the first floor you can enjoy the master bedroom equipped with two king size beds, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and balcony with breathtaking views of the entire Versilia coast.

There is also a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a third single bedroom with walk-in closet and shower, this arrangement guarantees comfort and privacy to all guests.
