The bedrooms in the Smoky Rooster cabin are all furnished with queen-sized beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The bunk beds are queen-sized and can accommodate two guests each, and there's a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The sleeper sofa comes with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

For families traveling with young children, an assortment of board games is provided. Additionally, there is a Graco pack n play and a high chair with padding, straps, and a retractable food tray.

The bathrooms are custom-built and feature tiled walk-in showers, high-end copper sinks, rainfall shower heads, and custom-made glass doors. The tankless water system ensures an endless supply of hot water. Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, and all the linens are made of soft white cotton.
[KITCHEN]
The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, including an oven with a built-in air fryer. You'll also find a KitchenAid mixer, a high-end blender, a waffle maker, a pancake pan, a sushi rice maker, a slow cooker, and a large Keurig coffee maker. Champagne glasses, a stainless steel farmer sink, a large toaster, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, and barbecue utensils are also provided, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary adventures.

Convenience is key, and the cabin features an extra-large stackable washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent. We also have a retractable clothes line in the laundry room for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

โฃYou are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.
โฃMarch through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!
[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
* To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay. Due to this, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.
[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
โฃ1st payment: 50% required up front
โฃFinal payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically
[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
โฃA security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
โฃThis is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
โฃIf the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled
[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
โฃA Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
โฃFailure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking
[CANCELLATION POLICY]
โฃOur cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
โฃAll refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee
