  • Bent u op zoek naar iets speciaals en unieks voor uw groepsuitje? Zoek niet verder! De pilaren zijn gekozen vanwege de ligging op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden in Pigeon Forge en vanwege de uitzichten op de bergen. Gebaseerd op jarenlange lokale verhuurervaring, werd het gebouw op maat gerenoveerd met de perfecte mix van voorzieningen voor de ultieme vakantie-uitje.

    *** Deze hut bevindt zich in Pigeon Forge en ligt op loopafstand van de Old Mill.

    *** Houd er rekening mee dat de bezetting beperkt is tot 30 gasten

    Bereid maaltijden voor je groep in de grote keuken met veel toogruimte en alle apparatuur die je voor je groep nodig hebt. Met een zit- en eethoek voor de bar kan uw groep zich verzamelen in de eetruimte binnen of buiten de overdekte eethoek (ook met buitenkeuken).

    Bekijk films in uw privétheaterzaal op uw 12-voets theaterscherm. Het theatergedeelte op het lagere niveau met podium kan worden gebruikt om films te kijken en / of een groepsbijeenkomst, presentatie of vergadering te houden, aangezien elke theaterstoel een bureau bevat.

    Gunstig gelegen in Pigeon Forge bent u slechts enkele minuten verwijderd van alle attracties. Er is zoveel te doen in de cabine dat het kind misschien nooit meer weg wil. Geniet van een spelletje pool in de speelkamer, speel op een klassieke stand-up arcade-game ervoor ... speel op het privésplashard (open van 15 april tot 15 oktober). Niet genoeg? Ontspan in de hot tub voor 16 personen en sluit de avond met het bekijken van een film buiten in uw overdekte woonkamer met een theaterscherm.

Only part of the burners worked. Would have been awesome to have a black stone but we made it work! The tvs didn’t work in the bedrooms. This property and it’s location was perfect! The outside setup was awesome not to mention the huge hot tub. The house itself is roomy and the kitchen is awesome. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the detailed cleaning. But for it being right in town and big enough to house 30 people easily it was over the top!

Management company was amazingly responsive to questions and minor issues we had. The day before we were given a check/in time, but on our travels there we were given a 1.5 hour delay due to cleaning. The house is large, so it is understandable they needed more time. Plan accordingly and be prepared for a possible check-in delay.

It was perfect for what we needed, we were able to use the theater as our meeting space for all our sessions, there was plenty to do during free time with basketball, the hot tub, pool table, And more. It was plenty big enough to be able to spread out and have privacy when needed as well. Love the kitchen, would highly recommend for large groups.

We had a large group and the trash filled up quickly, and I sent a message that they responded to almost immediately. One of the washing machines malfunctioned and they sent someone within an hour or so. Beyond that, my only real complaint is the technology could use an upgrade. The internet was unreliable and because the cell data signal isn’t great due to location, the internet was basically unusable for those in our group that needed to connect for work. The TVs were a bit confusing and dated. The projectors outside and in the theater room worked but required some hoop-jumping to get them working. The good news is we weren’t there to work or watch TV so that part was more of a nuisance than a real problem. Overall very happy with our decision to stay there and would stay again. Great location, great view and a great space for large gatherings.

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The kids loved the basketball court (but need to catch those balls before they roll down the hill), the splash pad and the movie theatre downstairs. So many options for everyone to do. Loved the huge kitchen for our family meals. Great location overlooking Pigeon Forge. Will definitely stay again. The management team stayed in constant contact with us which was very encouraging.
