  • Pigeon Forge chalet: Thistle Bear is een 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers ceder chalet op ongeveer 1 mijl van het centrum van Pigeon Forge. Dit prachtige chalet beschikt over 2 gas open haarden, 4 kleuren-tv's met kabel en 2 videorecorders, dvd-speler en Playstation 2. Er is een full-size, volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat, full size wasmachine / droger en houtskool koken grille. Slaapbank in de woonkamer en een groot, nieuw sectionele in de beneden den, ook. Alle 3 slaapkamers hebben een king size bedden, met een whirlpool in de bovenverdieping master badkamer en een in het lagere niveau slaapkamer !! PLUS een outdoor hot tub op de onderste overdekte veranda en een verordening pooltafel en Playstation 2 ook. Het Thistle Bears geschikt voor maximaal 8.

We absolutely loved this cabin! The kids were never bored. They had so many different things to do! We would stay here every time if possible!

Great rental for four adults and four children (ages 6-12). The kids entertainment and sleeping area downstairs worked out well for our stay. It allowed them enough space to enjoy being together and having fun while providing enough separation from the upstairs to not be disruptive. The location of the property was ideal for all things Pigeon Forge (Dollywood, shopping, dining, entertainment, grocery stores, parks, etc.).

It was amazing.. everything was beautiful and just as listed many beds... check in was a breeze ..my family loved the theater and game area..we had a 7 and a 9 year olds and 3 adults..fun was had by all...all beds were comfortable.. very happy with our stay.

Playful bear

My 'framily' and I recently stayed at the Playful Bear and had a great experience. The property is well-suited for families and friends with children and teenagers, given its close proximity to numerous attractions.

Great Family Cabin!

Our only complaint was the “community pool” and lake was about a 20 minute drive from the cabin. The cabin itself was perfect and as advertised.

Family atmosphere

Great stay. Very family-friendly cabin with a game room and movie theatre. Very close to Main drag in Pigeon Forge and not a difficult drive up the mountain. Plenty of parking and easy access to the cabin.

Wonderful for a large family.

Our second stay in the Playful Bear was great for the whole family, just like the first. With boys aged 5 to 15, there was plenty of amenities to occupy the whole family. It is also very convenient to the Publix and attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Fun

Great place to stay for adults or with your kids. So much to do in the evening when winding down from your busy day. Love this home! We would like to come back with our grandkids.

Great, Family Friendly Property

This was a great, clean and fun house. Fireside Chalet was wonderful to work with. The location is up in the mountains a little to feel like you were away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to all in Pigeon Forge.

Christmas at the Playful Bear

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The Playful Bear was exactly as advertised and our family had a blast staying there for the Christmas holiday. We especially loved the home theater with movie popcorn maker, stadium seats, sound speakers and more. I can’t say enough about the memories we created and look forward to the next time.

Convenient Location and Good Value

This is a good house. The interior is clean and great for kids. The game room / theatre in the basement is really cool and our kids loved it. The exterior decks were a bit dirty and in the summer time there is literally zero view of the mountains. Nonetheless, the house is in a great location and a very good value for the money.

Perfect space for a family

The cabin was just the right size for our group of 9. The kids had fun hanging downstairs with the movie room and shuffle board in the game room and enjoyed the bunk beds. It was a short drive to Dollywood everyday. We enjoyed our visit. There is currently a lot of nearby cabin construction going on in the area. It was not a big deal to us, but renters should be aware.
