Het huisje is een luxe vakantiehuis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen. Met een eigen bubbelbad en arcade-machine! - Het prachtige resort beschikt ook over een binnen- en buitenzwembad, een jacuzzi, een speelkamer en een fitnessruimte op slechts een steenworp afstand van de cabine waar uw vrienden en familie van kunnen genieten.

We stayed here for my sister’s 55th birthday weekend getaway with family and friend. It was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed ourselves and will definitely share our experience — we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for family with dogs

Great layout, teens loved having the lower level to themselves. Furniture is a little worn, but expected that for a place that allows pets - everything was very clean though! Mgmt company very responsive. Enjoyed walking dogs on hidden trail up to the giant cross. Very convenient location.

The location of the property was perfect. Close to attractions and easy to access. The resort was very trashy and unkept. We were not told that our cabin was a duplex. Traveling with dogs, I would’ve never booked this property knowing that. I was concerned because you could hear the neighbors through the walls. The cabin was not clean. I would consider it surface cleaned. The rugs had dog hair (not from our dogs) and the bathrooms were mildewed. Bleach would go a long way. It’s just run down. The layout was terrible but could’ve overlooked that if it was a clean property.

Great location for family!

A cozy three level attached cabin was perfect for our family. The location is perfect for all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Pet friendly for our four legged family members made this rental perfect for us.

The HVAC didnt work at it was 24 degrees at night. Gas fireplace in main floor didnt work.

It needs some TLC. The location was great just NO HVAC and no gas logs working made it uncomfortable at night.

Location was great !!!

The property was very convenient to everything and the only complaint we had was that the floors were dirty and the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped- we had to buy a pot and a fry pan. Check in was easy and the staff were very courteous. I notified the manager and hope they will address the problems I mentioned - it would make your stay much better. Our grandkids loved the pool and weight room which is right across the street from this cabin!

Overall good experience

Cozy and comfortable place to stay plus great location! It was a few minutes drive to the Island (a touristy area of attractions, restaurants, and shops) and about 20-25 minutes to the Smokey Mountains. Beds and bathrooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. The bathrooms and kitchen have pretty much all the essentials. The basement has some fun old-fashioned arcade games as well! Take a close look at the image of the spiral staircase before booking though; it was quite steep so watch your small children and pets! Pushing the side chair up against the stairwell worked though. Sometimes it got loud night because of the hot tub and motorcyclists rolling into the neighborhood. Another minor thing: A list of specific check-out instructions were on the fridge, which we followed. But the email from the property company said pretty much “no need to do anything. Just leave everything as is”. Consistency would have been appreciated.

In the future, I’d question if the reviews are accurate.

They fell below the standard and they would compensate us, ONLY if we were fine with leaving them a 5-star review. This is unsettling because it leaves room to question whether people were “bought” into leaving a 5-star review. Which, like others, we rely on reviews as the impetus for deciding whether to stay at a certain place or not. We arrived at our rental cabin slightly after the 4PM check-in and it was literally trashed from the previous guests. They relayed that it would take about an hour and a half, but we ended up having to wait for 3 hours. With the significant increase in price due to it being the holidays, we had much higher expectations. We were informed part of the longer wait time was because the previous guests had urinated on the bed (no, they did not replace the mattress). Our entire evening was pretty much wasted because by the time we settled in and after they resolved the hot tub from flooding, it was pretty late for us. We were placed in a difficult position because we had no other place to stay and we were all from out of town. It was also our first time our family was able to reunite in years because more than half of us have been away at overseas military assignments. We were in constant contact with management and they agreed to give us a small refund with a little more in credit for a future stay, which equated to a fraction of a night’s stay. We asked for the offered compensation amount to just be in the form of a refund (no future-stay credit because we’re not from here). They met in the middle, but they would only do it AFTER we left a 5 star review, which was a little insulting. Us receiving compensation because they failed to meet the standard should not be contingent on us providing them a 5 star rating. We were looking for compensation out of principle alone. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it may not have been their intent, but It felt too much like a bribe and we did not feel comfortable setting aside our morals, especially if our experience could prevent someone else from going through the same situation. We’ve decided we aren’t comfortable discussing the issue any longer with them. None of this was a surprise to them, we were timely and open about our issues, just simply not really willing to sacrifice our integrity. How they respond to this review will show their character.

Great location but bed was broken upon check in and bathroom smelled like pee and clothes left behind so do not think it was thoroughly cleaned or a walk through occurred prior to check in. Otherwise nice cabin.

Wonderful stay

Property is as it states online, it’s clean and everything needed is there. The dining area has surrounding windows so you can watch the beautiful sunsets setting behind the mountain. A chair (bottom level) needs to be replaced (looks like a dog chewed the arm) and the mattress in the bottom level needs to be replaced. I mentioned this to the property manager and they were going to send someone out to check on this when we left. They were wonderful to work with, overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

Hot tub troubles

We had an issue with the hot tub in the cabin that was a lot of trouble to resolve. It did not heat up at all & we discovered the filter & intake cover was dirty & hairy. We were accused of using it by the cleaners (not the property manager) which really upset us! We agreed on a compensation amount with the property manager, but he later changed it because it was fixed mid-week. It was not fun to deal with & took time away from our stay. If you want a nice, clean working hot tub, I would stay elsewhere.
