The staff was unfriendly when I questioned the staff about the quote that I was given! Argued with me about the pet fee. Which I was well aware of. When we finally agreed and got to our room it smelled of Mold! I am allergic to mold and couldn’t stay on in there. Went and asked for another room. Gave me the adjoining room. Could still smell it. The furniture was horrible and there was a sink in the middle of the room with no place to put your suitcase or hang your clothes. Very very disappointing.

The hotel is nice on the outside, up on a hill and looks recently remodeled. It was clean and I was not afraid of bugs. Cons: Bad remodeling job ( facets in odd places, we had a sink by the bed and if anything moved on the bed somehow it made the whole sink area echo, shower pressure was not good and shower head was blah) lots of noise could be heard around us. I think the person above us had a kid running around and we should not have heard all that noise so easily. Breakfast wasn’t great. My biscuit was hard, coffee tasted instant or concentrated, not a good array of options. Only black tea, 2 pastries. Front desk was very friendly. For the low price we paid, I’d give it 4 stars. But if someone is having to pay $75 and up a night. I would not be happy. I won’t be rebooking though, but if you just want a cheap room off the main roads, and can find it for under maybe $55, this may be perfect.

we definitely will stay again. breakfast is average, same as most with hot breakfast. the beds were comfy. we did have our service dog with us, but I had booked a pet friendly room which was actually quite nice with the laminate floors. definitely recommend if your wanting a nice quiet place that's not going to break the bank.

The room had a dirty smell to it although it was clean. Faucet dripped and we did not sleep due to the constant loud drip. Left after first night because of the drip and not given refund. Staff was friendly. However, would not recommend.

First stay in Microtel, turns out, it's a normal sized room. It does have a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave. The eco-toilet is remarkably loud when flushed, so you can hear that from other rooms some. Standard breakfast, ample parking.

On thing I had an issue with was the television, had access to the local channels and some specialty channels but didn’t have access for streaming services. Other than that it was great! Very clean, great location, staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again

This is a nice, quiet, conveniently located motel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there appears to be some maintenance issues. This is my second time staying here. The first time the heat/air unit was damaged and repaired with duct tape. This time, one of the drapes was broken and hanging down. In both rooms, the toilet tanks were cracked. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean but, general maintenance definitely needs attention.

Room was dirty, hair in bathroom and worst their was blood on the door to restroom that wasn’t noticed till my kids were sleeping so I didn’t bother to go complain we we only there a few hours to rest

This was a nice motel, in a good location, at a reasonable price. The space was adequate and the beds were comfortable! But there were a couple of problems with the room itself. The cover on the air conditioning unit fell off shortly after our arrival. I just stood it up in a corner and notified the desk. Soon it was taped back up, right in place. Also, there was nor closet, nor were there any drawers, so you are left to work out of your luggage. But they provided a good breakfast! So overall, it was a good place to lay your head for a night or two and I would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was better than I expected. The only problem we had was Wi-Fi didn’t work for us. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The first room my boyfriend and I got put in, there were wasps finding their way through the unit. We let the front desk know and they immediately handled it and moved us to a new room. They were super understanding about it, and overall made the experience a lot better.

This is our 2nd time staying at this place beautiful location to everything, Pros- staff were nice, clean room, location is great Cons- this time the breakfast wasnt the best il but its okay, and little things. They are remodeling other then that its quiet and ill be back
