- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours!

- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.

- All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian.

- Absolutely No Pets or animals of any kind! If you sneak in a pet you will be charged $120.

- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human.

- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine.

- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine.

- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.

- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-10). We loved all of the space since we had 6 people in the cabin. I do think the floor of the main level could use a good cleaning as well as the upstairs bathroom counters (leftover hair from what I would assume was from the previous stay).Just want to note, if you have young kids who don't do stairs well or don't know not to climb stairs, you might have to be creative...our newly 1 year old was very adventurous There was a gate in a closet but it didn't attach to any walls to be especially useful. Didn't affect our rating though as that issue was on us. TVs were nice with the streaming apps, hot tub was at the right temperature and nice to use. Washer/Dryer were nice to have. I would have expected more silverware especially since it is made for 6 people. I was constantly washing as there was barely enough for one meal for everyone. There were plenty of pans, probably enough for 2 houses! Location was very close to all the things but still had a cabin feel.

We loved this cabin! It was close to everything but far enough from the busyness of Pigeon Forge. We could spread out and relax! Loved the hot tub and movie room. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook a few dinners too.

We came the first of the new year and still got to see the house decorated for Christmas which we enjoyed. Easy to sleep a family of 6-8. Close to the city of PF but you have the peace and quiet of nature. Would definitely recommend booking here!

Cabin was spacious and well kept. Host's communication was prompt. Very steep hill to get to location so just be prepared for that. Kids enjoyed the game tables, hot tub (especially with the TV and fireplace right there) and games provided in the movie room. Plenty of supplies were provided (paper towel, toilet paper, bath towels, laundry detergent, etc). Would recommend this place and would consider staying again when we are on the area.
