Prachtig ingericht en boordevol moderne gemakken is dit kleine huis het perfecte thuis weg van huis voor uw volgende Smoky Mountain Getaway. Verscholen in een privé-alkoof, kunt u uw avonden buiten doorbrengen met het roosteren van marshmallows rond de vuurplaats, het koken van hamburgers op de grill of ontspannen in de privé-hot tub onder de sterren zonder u zorgen te maken over buren. Ga daarna naar binnen en ontspan je opgerold voor de warmte van de open haard voordat je naar bed gaat.

Deze accommodatie ligt op minder dan 1,5 km van de parkway in Pigeon Forge, op slechts een klein eindje rijden van alle actie, waaronder Dollywood en Dolly Partons Stampede-dinershow, en op loopafstand van zip-lining en paardrijden. Did not meet expectations

Thoughts and experience: 1.property is located very close to a somewhat noisy road 2. the internet password was incorrect and even with a telephone call to Vacasa there was no resolution. We were supposed to receive a return phone call but none came. 3. there was no signal for the television 4. the minisplit HVAC system did not work and we were “denied access” to the internet address left in the property to be used for functioning of the remote. We did find a manual on line and it was of no help in getting the systems to function correctly. With outside temperatures over 80 degrees it was more than a bit uncomfortable 5. the bath towels were thread bare without drying ability and not worthy of the Econo Lodge. In addition to the phone call to Vacasa we sent and email and had no response. We have previously used VRBO and have never been quite so disappointed. Previous comments had noted a somewhat high price of rental, which we were willing to accept, but are sorry to say that it was certainly not worth the price in the end.

Perfect and Cozy Tiny Home

This Tiny Home was absolutely perfect! It was clean, well maintained, cozy, and just the right amount of space for our family. The kids loved the loft area and the bunk beds. The decor was spot on and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect too, a short drive to everything but also secluded. So happy we chose the Tiny Home for our vacation.

Modern country living

This tiny house has the best of everything!! You can spend a lot of time outside enjoying the scenery, make a fire, eat or play games at the comfortable table, rock on the porch and soak in a hot tub with a view!! All the conveniences of a home are at your fingertips. You feel secluded yet are less than 3 minutes from the main strip of pigeon forge. The home is less than 1 minute from horseback riding (awesome!) and zipping. Cleanliness is superior! I promise you won’t be disappointed staying here. You couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect little spot

We loved it here! It was close to town, while still tucked away. The patio area and the lower fire pit area is where we spent most of our time while we were at the tiny house. The kids had a blast in the loft, and everything was comfortable. I wish there would’ve been more accessible instructions on the heat/air units because it took us most of trip to figure it out and we didn’t see the online instruction until they sent the check out email so that was confusing. Only thing that might need checked is the shower drain (doesn’t drain well and the shower nearly overflows in a short time). Thanks for the stay!

First Visit to the Smokys

Our family truly enjoyed this little place. Close enough to town but still in the mountains with a wonderful view. Located on a fairly busy road, it would have been nice to be a little further set back. Our girls enjoyed the loft and we all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Having the use of a kitchen was nice for our breakfasts and saving a little money on restaurants. Perfect size place for our family of four and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We really liked staying in the tiny house. It was a really great time. We had a fire for s’mores, hot tub, and a good view. There was some trash in the loft area when we first arrived which lead me to believe they do not always clean up there, but everything else was great.

Great option for a family.

Great location and perfect for a family of 4 to spend time. We loved sitting on the front porch with our coffee in the morning looking over at the mountain top while the kids slept. House is very clean and just the right size. Hot tub has been lots of fun for us all and Oso the bear visited us while in the tub last night. We have made pancakes and bacon in the kitchen as well as spaghetti and garlic bread, which saves money from eating out 3 meals a day. Loved having the washer and dryer! A basic toaster would be the final perfect addition. Really needed a toaster. When we first got there, the A/C was stuck on and wouldn't turn off. Vacasa was great to deal with on the phone and their local service person came out to fix it the next day, even leaving his cell # if we had more problems. Great experience overall.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect place for a family of 4. So close to everything, yet tucked away just enough to feel like you were out of the hussle and bussle. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a long day of hiking and shopping!

Thought this was going to be an awesome stay. The mattress sinks in the middle and with 2 adults it was horrible. The lighting is so bad that you can’t see. The toilet lid slides when you sit down so be careful. Could not get the heat to turn on. Only 1 mirror and that’s in the bathroom which is hard to do when you have 2 people getting ready. Storage in bathroom well there is none. Need a storage shelf over toilet would do wonders, no place to put your toiletries . Last but not least, couldn’t use the hot tub that I was charged $80 for because it was dirty. Debris on the seats of the tub, which was nasty. I paid $800 for 2 nights thinking this was going to be awesome. Not so much! Now for the positive, the place is super cute and cozy. The scenery was beautiful. Please get a new mattress add some brighter lights and please add another mirror maybe a full length would be great. Fix the toilet seat and add storage to the bathroom. For the hot tub you need to clean it and put a new cover on it. Bungeed cord all on the top to keep the cover on trashy. I do feel I wasted my money for a chance to stay in your cute little cabin. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Solo Getaway

This property was perfect for my solo getaway trip! The house is so cute and the small space is smartly used. It very much looks like the pictures in the listing. Though it does sleep 4, not sure I’d actually take 4 people unless you plan to be gone a lot! Lol! The house was VERY clean!! The master bed was so comfortable! I got some much needed uninterrupted sleep. The rain on the roof sounded amazing in this house! The house is very convenient to the downtown area, Dollywood, etc. I absolutely hope to rent this tiny house again.

Big issues in a tiny house

The heat didn't work when we got there and the technician couldn't fix it. Because it was so cold, my wife and I decided to go out to dinner where there was enough internet for me to download a pdf on how to properly run the heaters. 5 hours after we got there, I fixed the heat myself after the technician had left. Also, there was internet and smart tvs as advertised, but there was no remotes for the TV's (only dish remotes) so we could stream any shows or movies from our personal accounts. As far as the internet, the bandwidth was so lacking, that we couldnt even stream or rent any movies from dish. There was a blu-ray player that also didn't have a remote so it was inoperable. Why advertise smart tvs when you can't even use the smart features. Why advertise internet if you can't stream a movie through dish? What's the point in advertising heat if there isn't any? Why advertise 24/7 support when they put you on hold for an hour? This property is ran by vacasa and they have got to be the absolute worst in customer service.

Perfect Getaway

I booked this tiny home for my wife and I for her birthday weekend. We could not have had a better time. The house is perfectly located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so there’s plenty of things to do within a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic). If ya don’t want to go out, that’s fine too because the house is very cozy and the hot tub is relaxing with a pretty nice view.

Perfect weekend trip

Tiny house was so welcoming and cozy! We have never been to pigeon forge/Gatlinburg and this rental was perfect! It had everything we could have wanted and more. Although it was tiny, the space was utilized so well. Everything was sparkling clean and made for no problems at all. The property owners even provided detergent for us to wash clothes if we needed it! It rained for a majority of our trip but we didn’t mind at all because this rental was so cozy to stay in with lots of things to do. TV, hot tub, games what more could you want? The only opportunity we saw a need for was maybe a manual on how to operate the heat/AC wall unit. We had to play around with it a bit to get it to work. But everything was perfect! The location of this property was so close to town yet far enough away that made us feel secluded and have the mountain cabin feel. We will 100% come back again. :)

Surprising

Visited with my family and absolutely loved the property. Kids loved coming home and to play inside and enjoy the fire pit every night. Hot water was an issue and one had to take a shower super quick. Also garbage filled up pretty quickly and on the last day had to leave the garbage bags in the living room. Other then that it was an amazing property and location.
