I liked the idea of the indoor lazy river when i booked. It was fun. The surface of the indoor pool is peeling up, timer for the spa didn't work & pool was very warm. I was told that it was incredibly hot (like a spa) the day before. The game room was fun for kids, though prices per game are not posted and 1 game didn't work. I was told the hotel didn't own the games, so a refund was not possible. Used the guest dryers to dry swimsuits. Worked well, only $2. I'm not sure if there was soap if you needed to do laundry. I didn't see a box. The coin changer is in the game room. We did not try the breakfast. It ended at 9am. Just across the street is a great breakfast buffet (15%ol off coupon in one of the local books). The room was VERY unclean. I could feel the layer of filth on the tile, and used a hand towel to clean it myself. The sink area had dirt on the backsplash. The top sheet had a sticky grey substance that soaked through and made it stick to the comforter underneath. The beds are made with a fitted sheet under; on top there is a flat sheet, a blanket or comforter insert, then another top sheet. I was traveling with a 5 year old and arrived late. I'm sure the staff, who was helpful, would have given another room, not sure if it's clean. However, it was too late at night to pack back up, go to the front desk and move. So, I cleaned it myself, changed the blankets around, and made do. The staff said they were remodeling. Hope it's better in the future. Wouldn't recommend
