Pigeon River Cottage in Pigeon Forge werd volledig gerenoveerd in januari 2020, voor uw vakantieplezier. Het heeft nieuwe meubels, apparaten, beddengoed, tv's en dvd. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers met kingsize bedden en tv's en een stapelbed kamer met een set van twee stapelbedden. Het huisje is geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen. Er zijn 3 volledige baden en een wasmachine en droger. De keuken is goed uitgerust met een Mr. Koffie- en Keurig-koffiezetapparaat, slowcooker, blender en bagel broodrooster en nieuwe keukenapparatuur. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 8 en de bar biedt plaats aan 3. Gelegen aan een doodlopende straat, in een rustige, ontspannen buurt, ligt het huisje aan de westkant van Little Pigeon River op slechts 2 minuten van de Parkway. Loop van de carport met 3 auto's naar de rivier om te buis, te waden of te vissen, of geniet van de hot tub op het dek met uitzicht op de rivier. Breng je kajaks en zweef naar de Apple Barn. Geniet van de natuur langs het wandelpad en bekijk de ganzen, wilde eenden, adelaars en blauwe reigers die dagelijks bezoeken. Grill- en eettafels, schommels en rockers staan klaar om van te genieten op de carport en op het dek. Basketbaldoel en verschillende bordspellen, PS4 en een arcade-tafel met 60 spellen met kabel-tv en 200 MB WiFi zijn beschikbaar. Handig voor de Apple Barn, en vele andere restaurants, evenals alle lokale bezienswaardigheden. Dollywood ligt op 12 tot 15 minuten rijden. U hebt eenvoudig toegang tot het Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, de balvelden van Cal Ripken en alle congrescentra van Pigeon Forge.

This is such an awesome property! Too much to name everything we loved, but here are a few things…..1) There were 7 present the entire time with 1 more for 2 nights and it was big enough but still very comfortable for 8 (7 adults 1 10yo child). Loved that each couple had a king bed as that is what we all have at home. 2) Well maintained and well appointed kitchen and amenities…. It was a family Christmas so we made cookies and prepared meals. 3) Absolutely loved that both the living/dining space had seating for 8! We could all comfortably be together and an added bonus was the focus on God. We are a ministry family and it thrilled us to see all the wall hangings and Bibles through out the property. For us, it made it feel like home even on vacation. 4) We had questions about the hot tub/trash and the owners were quick to respond and give us the answers we needed. They were willing to check on us about our stay, but not overbearing in any way. Made us feel good to know they wanted our family time to be enjoyable too. We had no complaint and we will be using this property again if available in the future!

This cottage is amazing!!! This is the 4th year we have stayed here and have already booked for next year. Every time we have stayed, the cottage has been top notch with cleanliness and the perfect fit for our family. You would think after 4 years, the cottage would be showing signs of wear and tear, but not this one. It is a testament to the care of the owners and their cleaning/maintenance crew. Also, the communication with the owners and the check in process are wonderfully easy. We are counting down the days until our next visit!

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Not only was the inside cozy and welcoming, and CLEAN, it was fully stocked with all the things you need during your stay. There is a beautiful river that runs in the back bringing in geese, birds and the calming sound of water rolling over the rocks. We have stayed in many cabins over the 13 years we’ve been visiting this area and this house is by far one of the best! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

We loved the house and it’s beautiful view and access to the river just in the backyard. House is spacious, and provides plenty of room for spreading out. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, Except SALT! Somebody must have used the last of it and it didn’t get replaced. It wasn’t a big deal, and the house amply provided everything else we could have possibly needed for our stay in Pigeon Forge. GREAT location with access to the strip within just a few minutes. Oh, my 9 year old son loved the gaming table:)

The hosts are very detail oriented, which makes the stay very simple. We had everything we needed. The location was not far from the beaten path, fire place was cozy, hot tub stayed hot, great water pressure, plenty of extras for the kids to keep entertained - it was great.

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and liked it. It is quiet there but close to town. It was nice sitting out on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and looking at the creek. We would definitely book here again for a trip. Would have been nice if the tv in the bedroom to the left when coming into the house had it where you could watch Netflix. The woman that cleaned the house done a excellent job making sure it very clean and everything. The swings underneath was nice sitting in watching people fish in the creek or watching the ducks in the mornings.

We had a great time staying here! The whole family enjoyed the house/property so much. We loved that there was enough space for all of us (6 adults, 2 children), and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved all the seating outdoors and being right on the river. We saw wildlife all day long, and I really enjoyed the walking path for morning walks. This house is an amazing location with a 10 minute drive TOPS to pretty much anything in Pigeon Forge but a quiet, serene neighborhood that feels like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay!

The property was clean and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owners could not have been quicker in their response time. This was my first VRBO experience and I am beyond pleased. We visit Pigeon Forge often as a family and I will certainly be back at this location if it's available.
