Start with the numbers: 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, nearly 6,800 square feet, and sleeping for up to 27. Five of the bedrooms are outfitted with king beds, three are themed Twin XL bunk rooms built for the kids (or the kids at heart), one king room hides a built-in cabin-style queen for extra sleeping space, and another bunk room pairs a queen with a twin. However your crew splits up, there's a bed — and probably a theme — for everyone.

Then there's the arcade wing. Tucked alongside two more king bedrooms and a full bath, it's stocked with a two-player Halo machine, a single-seat racing game, and a vintage multicade loaded with dozens of classics, so the "just one more game" argument could realistically go on for days. The game room coffee table now adds even more options with an Infinity Table-style multicade screen, where guests can play favorites like Monopoly, Battleship, Sorry, and other digital board games.
