We had a great time staying at Sunrise Ridge Resort. The property and views were beautiful and our suite was perfect for our stay. Lots of room and everything you could need at your fingertips. Donna and the rest of the staff were amazing and very helpful. We will definitely be back again!

This property was clean,up-to-date and decorated tastefully. The grounds around the area we’re very clean and well kept the pools and the hot tub were clean as well. Very pleasant place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful view.

It was an amazing experience. The room was perfect! Had the most perfect view of the mountains! Trust me if you book and want a great view ask for building 2-4th floor! You wont regret it!

Everyone was great who I interacted with! Very friendly! Couch and chair was out dated in living room. Chair was very worn. Rugs were old. One of the Light Bulbs in bathroom were flickering had to take out which didn't give much lighting. No light over shower area, so was dark. There was no dvd player as they said, I would not have watched it…but I did let them know as I did not want to be blamed for taking a dvd player. Overall the place was clean and I would definitely go back and stay. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen. Was quiet and had the most beautiful view from the balcony!!!

The property was very close to everything in pigeon forge. Plenty of beds two twin beds upstairs then two bedrooms downstairs. Staff very friendly and discounted tickets onsite. Would definitely stay again

We had a terrible experience here. Do not let them put you in building three. It is old, we had problems with the commodes. Water drainage problems in the showers carpets were stained. It is the worst room I have ever stayed in. They say they are updating it later this year but for now, they do not need to be renting out these rooms.

Older resort, needs some updating done. Indoor pool needs to be drained and bleached and cleaned thoroughly! It was nasty! The condo is spacious but needs updated.

We have come here for years, however it has been bought by Hilton grand vacations and since then it has went way down. They haven’t put in money into the property. All the poles are rusting around the property, the banisters, the stairs. The indoor pool was dirty and the area wasn’t clean. The room was old and run down. The mattress on the pool out sofa had urine and blood stains. We were supper disappointed in our stay this time and do not plan to return unless Hilton puts money into the resort.

It was magical! The patio was spacious, the room was clean and warm, the kitchen was great and full size refrigerator and dishes. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Front desk was knowledgeable and friendly.

There was a trail that lead to the pool and hot tub area that was poorly lit, several lights were out. There was railing that had broke off and laying down on the ground. The trail was very rough with several wash out places and electric conduit was exposed leading to possible trip hazard. The over growth stretched into the trail also making it hard to navigate.
