Modern New Built 2 Bedroom Apartment in the beach town of Torre de la Horadada

  • This property is part of a new build complex in Torre de la Horadada and has been built to a very high standard.

    This lovely apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a spacious front terrace and a large roof solarium.
    It also has a great communal pool and Jacuzzi located within the enclosed and secure garden area of the complex.

    The apartment is very well equipped and you will find everything you might need during your stay.

    It has a built-in air conditioning system, free Wi-Fi, and the available TV service provides many channels to watch, including a selection of some English language options.

    The apartment is well furnished to a very good standard and the main double bedroom has an en-suite.
    The second bedroom has an access to an additional, separate WC/shower room.
    All the bedding and towels are provided, including beach towels.

    The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the required kitchen crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The washing machine and the clothes dryers are also provided.

    The front terrace of the apartment is 20 m sq, and is furnished with a large table, chairs, and parasol.
    The solarium is 60 m sq. and provides spacious relaxation area. It is furnished with sun loungers, and table and chairs with cushions. There is also a separate seating area. Part of the solarium is equipped with an awning to provide shade to that area, when required.

    The apartment has also a secure front door and the electronic security shutters on all windows, that allows for ease of use and safety.

Överlag en mycket bra lägenhet, fint poolområde (minus för att man måste ha nyckel för att komma till poolen). Två bra sovrum. Sängarna var hårda och inte sköna lakan, det kändes billigt. Bra utrustning i köket. Kort gångavstånd till strand och restauranger.Enkelt att hitta parkering direkt utanför ingången till lgh.Fin takterrass, dock i varmaste laget för oss i juli. Finns ett bra solskydd, kan tänka mig att det takterrassen är fantastisk i maj juni samt september oktober när det är lite svalare.

Urlaub Torre de la Horadada

Die Lage des Objektes ist hervorragend. Die Beschreibung trifft im vollen Umfang zu. Wir haben einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Restaurationen sind besonders hervorzuheben. Sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Great family holiday

The apartment was ideal for us (family of 4), it was perfectly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our 12 night stay. The kids loved the communal pool which was pretty quiet whilst we were there. Lovely location with a great choice of sandy beaches within short walking distance, 2 areas close by with a good choice of restaurants and bars. We also got the bus and walked into the neighbouring resorts. Great big market on Wednesday evening too! Would Highly recommend :-)

Hemos estado muy a gusto, lo único a la playa que pilla cerca no es la más recomendable. Entonces hay que caminar un poquito más hasta llegar a la playa del Conde. Pero genial la piscina y el piso es súper nuevo. Muy buena comunicación con la agencia

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage mit dem Sonnendeck / Solarium auf der Dachterrasse und damit beschränkte Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen. Der Kontakt zu der Wohnungsverwaltung war sehr gut.

Great Apartment in a lovely Residential

The apartment is clean, and well equipped, the north facing front terrace provides shade all day and the roof terrace as much sun as you can handle. Because the apartment is external, the communal swimming pool, which looks fantastic, is accessed by a short walk down the road so not ideal if you have small children. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms small but adequate with comfortable beds. A short walk takes you to the beach and a selection local restaurants/bars, there is also a supermarket close by.

Modern and clean

Myself and husband spent one week at this apartment and found it to be very well presented on arrival.Its modern and clean inside and out and has a great roof terrace. Unfortunately i did not find the kitchen as well equipped as i have in previous property's we have rented.As other reviews have stated it is lacking a toaster and microwave which to me are basic kitchen items required for a self catering holiday.Also things like egg cups and oven dishes are not provided .We did have a problem with the tv so i called Sharon the agent who said she would forward on instructions for us to get some English channels but unfortunately i did not receive this until we arrived home as it had gone to my junk mail (not Sharons fault) but think it would be good if this information was in the apartment to save having to contact the agent.We did enjoy our holiday very much and this is really a very nice apartment it just needs a few basic things to make it 5 star .

Great compact apartment in an excellent location

This is a great little apartment in a fantastic location, minutes from the beach and restaurants. Perfect for me on a yoga holiday and family stayed a few days. Sharon was communicative and arranged for a key location. The apartment was pretty spotless. I did clean the terraces as they were dirty from rain. Efficient washing machine, air con, and dishwasher. Tv and system: didn’t really watch this much but there are a good range of channels including BBC etc. Nice communal swimming pool and garden area. You cannot access this directly from the apartment as you have to go on the street outside about 4 apartments down. Parking is available right outside the apartment. Things to note: The bed linen: this really would benefit from being higher quality and would elevate the comfort of stay. Poly mix bedding and mattress covers are not great in the heat, and the bedding felt scratchy. The jacuzzi: this was not working and under construction when I went, sure it is now all ready for the summer. Kettle was leaking so could only fill it for 1-2 cups Crockery and cutlery: could do with a proper set of matching cups and more crockery. Cutlery needed a wash on arrival Furniture: on the whole this was fine, but the chairs at the dining table were scuffed. The sofa has poly fleece throws on it, which I appreciate are for hygiene but were not comfortable. Basic items: be great to have 1 bin bag provided On the whole, I would recommend but bear in mind the above :)

Me sentí extranjero en mi tierra

En general el alojamiento está bien, se ajusta al anuncio. Resultó un problema que los agentes solo hablen inglés. Soy nacido en la zona y me sentí un extraño. Otra cosa que valoro negativamente es que no te den factura, te cobran IVA, y no se cómo tener la factura y asegurarme que no estoy facilitando la economía sumergida, incluso la transacción económica se realiza en Irlanda. Luego te piden 70€ en efectivo para limpieza y lo mismo, ni recibo, ni factura, en fin, sensación de estar haciendo algo al límite.

A lovely stay despite the weather

Lovely apartment, great location excellent service despite no internet or hot water for 2 days - this was dealt with straight away and rectified immediately through no fault of the owner but probably the storm! . Would highly recommend
