'The hotel is clean and in a quiet place with outstanding views over the bay. The staff iare lovely and welcoming , who were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved this hotel so much we stayed for a second night in a pool villa which I would definitely recommend doing. We come back to this hotel in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others.'

'Communication with the property is easy and good. The owner is always available and kind. We got a free bottle of water, coffee, tea and wines. We can borrow umbrellas for a day out. The location is beautiful and nice, in the middle of the island and with good beaches around. The bathroom and furniture (not renovated yet) need attention.'

'I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. '

'Het hotel is schoon. Het is een hotel gebouwd in 1981. De badkamer is klein, maar dan ook echt klein. De douche te klein om goed te kunnen douchen. Maar verder geen opmerkingen daarover. Het ontbijt genoeg keuze, alleen de koffie is ronduit slecht, oploskoffie. Dat verwacht je niet in een hotel met zo een kamerprijs! '

'A very warm welcome from Dana & Christos. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, with fresh towels daily & frequent linen change. Complimentary drinks in fridge plus tea, coffee etc. Breakfasts were first class with a huge variety of food available .We also enjoyed many lovely meals in the evening & bar meals were available throughout most of the day. 'The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels.
