Charming two-story house in a rural area for 4 people in Espinaréu; pet-friendly; with Wi-Fi, heating, a fireplace, a living-dining room, a full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, one double bedroom on the first floor and one master bedroom on the upper floor with access to the hallway, and two full bathrooms with shower stalls.
The house has been fully restored and consists of two floors accessed via a porch with an outdoor bench. Upon entering, you’ll find the spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, Italian coffee maker, cookware, and dishes), on the same floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as a spacious bedroom with two single beds. Going up the stairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, and access to the balcony; next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower. The entire house has free Wi-Fi, hot water, and heating for the colder months of the year. Pets are allowed upon request for a supplement of €5 per pet per night (maximum of 2 pets) A crib is available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional fee of €5 per night.
