'Ray was an extremely friendly and helpful host. The pool and hot tub were perfect both having water at the right temperature for us.We were blessed with plenty of sunshine on days 2 & 3 of our 3 day break towards the end of November and enjoyed great walks.The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we needed, very much a 5 star stay.'

'Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend...

'Large airy apartment. Noise from the street could be heard, but we were tired from site seeing so it hardly disturbed our sleep. Lively part of town, lots of places to eat and drink . We walked to everything and left the car in Cavendish Road carpark 3 minutes away for £6 per 24 hours. '

'Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield.'

'Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size'

'Eerste indruk was prima. Totdat je je eigen spulletjes gaat inruimen. Vieze borden in de kast, gebruikte boterhamzakjes met schimmel in de la. De vriezer kon niet dicht, deze hebben we zelf ontdooid en schoongemaakt om hem te kunnen gebruiken. Vaatwasser handgreep kapot. Boven, de afvoer van de douche zat nog vol haar en vuil, hebben we zelf schoon gemaakt , er kon op de gehele bovenverdieping maar 1 raam open, op 1 slaapkamer zelfs helemaal niet. Voor 2 weken hadden we 2 handdoeken per persoon....

'the Cottage is well equipped. Everything is there to make a stay enjoyable. Nice bathroom, nice shower and enough towelswhaley Bridge is a great base to explore the Peak District. There are a few nice pubs and a few good restaurants and lots of good takeaway. Also a very good sandwich shop and a wine shop. There is a large Tesco nearby for groceries.We will definitely be back.'

'Excellent location for family get-together & birthday party. The host (Fiona) was extremely helpful & pub staff provided really great service & friendly too. Pub Food was excellent 100% accurate for such a large party. The accommodation is a little quirky, but exactly as expected given it’s within a 16th century property. Great that they also have a (convenience) shop on site given that the local store is now permanently closed.'

"Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep. We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future. No info about breakfast because we didn’t need it but you are conveniently next to a service area so there are options available. You do need to walk to these, it seems, because upon leaving the hotel in our car, the only way we could go was towards the exit to the highway. There is a small fee for parking overnight. "
