'This LaQuinta property is a poorly remodeled older hotel. Staff was pleasant. Lobby was nice. Rooms and bathrooms were just “lipstick on a pig”. Parking was terrible.'

'Owner was training a front associate which he was being abrasive with , my upgrade charge was 57$ to a way worse room which had stained lamp shades - beds needed to changed - staff was rude hung up on me from the direction of the owner not supervisor- not pet friendly- if your passing through and need a dirty place to sleep and do not care about rude staff and owner feeling entitled because he doesn’t have respect but there to stay occupied to make make a living stay - try it out'

'Towels were dirty when I took up front the floor towel from bathroom had foot prints from shoes on it and wash cloth was dirty when I took it to the front desk and asked for clean ones she had the nerve to tell me it’s for the floor it will be ok. I paid for a room that’s suppose to be clean. I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy...

'I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. '

'The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.'

'The only good thing about this place was it is convenient to the gate to Fort Rucker. We had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come buzz us in so we could check in. We had a king room on the 2nd floor. It looked like someone robbed an Ikea truck and threw the furniture in that room. The "down" comforter was filthy! Thank God I had brought my own blanket and pillows. There were two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels, no wash clothes, no ice bucket, no cups, no single brew coffee...
