  • Dit zonovergoten, architecturale bekroonde huis is een 4-bed 3-bad dat maximaal 12 (in bedden) slaapt. Gelegen op Lake Pokegama (1500 hectare) een uur en tien minuten ten noorden van Minneapolis, het omvat 4 rustige hectare met 2 vijvers, bossen, veel dieren in het wild, vreugdevuur put, twee kajaks en reddingsvesten. Het ondiepe meer met zandbodem is goed om te zwemmen. Vierdelige aanlegsteiger, ideaal om te zonnen of vissen. Plus pontonverhuur (extra kosten).

    Het huis ligt op het westen voor prachtige zonsondergangen, en beschikt over een grote familiekamer met twee verdiepingen stenen open haard (gas) en aangepaste ramen overal. Groot kookeiland met spoelbak en eethoek. Groot dek met schaduwrijke gedeelte. Pokegama Lake maakt verbinding met Cross Lake via de Snake River voor pleziervaart. Geweldig wandelen in Banning State Park. Lokale avondmaalclubs en Snake River Fur Post in de buurt.

    Twee slaapkamers op de begane grond met inloopbadkamers omvatten een koning in de ene en twee koninginnen in de andere. De slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping hebben twee stapelbedden in de ene en een dubbele in de andere.

Beautiful home and lakefront property with plenty of activities for the entire family! The horseshoe pit, campfire pit (with wood provided), and easy access to the dock make this a wonderful lake get away.

Our group had a great time here- we loved that there were multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, plenty of chairs and a large enough table for us all to enjoy meals inside and outside. There is a great spot to enjoy a bonfire, and a dock with a sandy beach for kids to play at along with many fun outdoor games provided with a large outdoor grassy area available. The location is close to town where there is easy access to grocery shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. We had a small issue with the A/C and the host responded immediately and sent someone out to resolve. Highly recommend!

Great place for our group to stay. Loved the beautiful setting, views, and the nature. Nice outdoor spots. The living room and adjacent dining table were perfect for our gathering. We had a utility issue that was not the fault of the owner, and he handled it quickly and professionally. We were pleased all around.

Great cabin, great host, absolutely no complaints! Went with my kids, my buddy, and his kids, and everyone had a wonderful time. Comfortably sleeps 11.

Beautiful home on the shore of Lake Pokegama. We had 12 adults with us, so were really happy with the "living/dining/cooking" central space. Would love to stay here another time for the holiday family gathering. Don't forget to drive up to Tobie's for a caramel/cinnamon roll and over to Burnett Dairy for cheese and ice cream and more. Host was very communicative and helpful with any questions during our stay.

Great Family Time

Overall everything was great! The location is amazing, the view looking over the balcony is amazing as well and the kids had so much fun! Also, the host responded to everything we asked right away! We will definitely will rent this place again!

Family gathering

We had a family gathering with 7 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the space, both insider and outside, and the lake was shallow so perfect for the kids. The maple table was beautiful and large enough for everyone to eat together.

We enjoyed all the space in the house & yard. There was lots of privacy. We were only disappointed that the water was green so we were not able to play in the lake.

Lakeside in winter

Very roomy. Good for family thanksgiving. Great outdoor space, nice for dogs and a dead end lane to walk with no traffic. Would come back in the summer, bet it’s great then.

Great stay

The house is spotless and super easy to navigate. The communication is excellent, and I always get a quick response to my questions. They’re really accommodating, too, with early check-in and late checkout options. There’s even enough parking space for my boat, and I can even charge it there. If you’re looking for a cozy mini getaway, I highly recommend this place!

Heat wasn’t fully working and it was extremely cold upstairs and anywhere away from the fireplace. Door locks were hard to get opened on the deck patio door. The upstairs bunk beds having the mattresses on the floor wasn’t ideal. Besides those issues it was a nice cozy house.

Winter get away

Beautiful house just like the pictures show. We loved all those windows and all the light. Lots of snow was expected and we were assured ahead of time we wouldn’t be stuck his service was there right after the storm and even came back a second time!. Yes we’d rent again. Thanks Andrew.

The checkin process was good. The door was unlocked. The cabin was hot, but once we figured out the air conditioning it was very pleasant. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was very user friendly. Lots of bathrooms which is a plus. The lake was pretty green! We braved it and went swimming anyway. Lots of fun memories were made!!

Kid friendly lake

Great sleeping arrangements. The 2 bunk bed rooms were perfect to separate the boys and girls. The lake was shallow so we didn’t have to worry much about the children and life jackets. Went 100 feet out from shore and water was only 4 feet deep.

We had a good weekend but the house needs a serious cleaning. From the ovens to the dusty floors and blinds. The manager was great with responding to us about an issue we had. Very roomy and relaxing for our large family.

Spacious inside and outside

Nice place to stay. Very spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Great fire pit! Love the huge dining room table. Lots of wildlife. Ceiling fans, floor fans and air conditioning made the place stay nice and cool! Best part for us was they allowed dogs!! Thank you for having us!

Wish we would have been told that the lake was totally green due to a fertilizer spill earlier, so there was no fishing unless you made the trip down snake river to cross lake, bathing water was a lite brown so we had to buy drinking water for cooking and drinking to be sure it was safe for young toddler , , every thing else was nice

Very pleasant stay

We went with a couple of family friends and all had kids between 5-10 years old. Has a nice big yard with plenty of room for the kids to play games and run around. Beds were comfortable and clean. It was really nice how the owner provided firewood. We brought our fishing boat that we were able to tie to the dock and had some great catches! And best of all, it was only an hour north of us making it an easy drive for the kids :) we would come back for sure.

Family Christmas

Great location for a large family gathering. While we went in the winter, we got the full winter wonderland experience with tubing and playing on the frozen lake. They have a wonderful deck with a grill that we did utilize. We missed out on the opportunity to use the inviting firepit but opted for the cozy fireplace inside. The house comes with everything you need to make yourself at home, and stores and groceries are less than a 10-minute drive. Definitely worth braving the cold for these Floridians.
