Vind je ideale hotel in Pine Crest

'While the A/C was cool, the humidity was awful. The bed sheets felt damp and it wasn't pleasant. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom so taking a shower only added to the humidity. For these reasons I would pay up to avoid this problem. The place was clean, the staff courteous, and parking ample if you aren't pulling a trailer.'

'Since this was an extended stay hotel, there was a kitchenette but no dishes, paper towels, Kleenex, cleaning services, etc. it was very strange.'

'Entire facility is dirty, water damaged and out dated. Hot water issues, dirty pool, minimal breakfast offerings, front desk left unattended aside from a phone number that when called was the phone at the front desk.'

'The rooms are very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The property is not a travel destination it’s a perfect place to stay right by the airport if you’re going to be in town for a couple of days. Go thru Expedia to get awesome rates. Also they have breakfast and there is a Dunkin at the foot of the hill co-branded with a gas station.'

'They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell'

'The room was very clean and maintained well. Bed was comfortable and we loved the balcony. The only thing we saw was carpet could stand to be cleaned but wasn’t terrible. We would definitely stay again'

'I picked this hotel specifically wanting to use the pool it said nothing about it being closed for maintenance when I booked my reservation. This should have been flagged somehow that was the main reason I chose this hotel and the pool was closed. I was very disappointed.'

'The entire property seems to be under construction and the rooms are under-cleaned. They did not have the room available that I booked, but offered me another—no problem. But in that room the AC was not working and it had a terrible moldy smell. The third room offered was not great either, but good enough to stay for the night. I will say the staff was considerate and helpful. A bright spot in what was otherwise a dismal stay.'

'They got rid of our room we couldn't even check in and staff was supper rude cussed at me and all and his bed was in the office you go to check in.'
