'We only stayed one night at the Starlite Motel. This motel is not like other places we have stayed. It was quiet and it had character. We really liked that our room included a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The backyard area was great for us to relax with friends and play games. I would love to come back and stay longer to enjoy the area and I would definitely take advantage of the grills and fire pit. If you’re looking for “modern” this may not be for you, but...

'Ben was such a great host and so lovely to chat with. It was for sure an LGBTQIA+ friendly B&B, and we felt right at home amongst the incredibly eclectic decor. SUCH a cool and interesting house. The breakfasts were also great, the mushroom quiche especially! No complaints :)'

Only improvement would be cleaning of room . We got a message while out asking if we would like the room cleaned that day with a circa 3 hour window that cleaners were available . We asked for it to be and unfortunately it wasn’t when we returned. Put it down to message system delays but think better system needed than this. Definately worth visiting though . '

'This place is so much fun !!. Themed rooms are a must. Need a little more attention to detail ( several light bulbs out , no tissues in the tissue box, no shampoo in the container in the shower. ) But to be more positive the decor was fun. Lots of space, very close to restaurants and small town. I will 100% be back.'

'As a little motel close to a festival venue, the Black Bear Lodge was just what I was looking for. I was prepared for it to be small and basic and for the decor to be somewhat dated. What I found was a motel that was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The innkeeper was delightful. I would stay there again. '

Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.'
