Hoogte 6. 41 - Zeegezichten vanuit elke kamer en op steenworp afstand van het strand!

Mooi onderhouden appartement met uitzicht op de oceaan, ongeveer 15 mijlen tussen Atlantic Beach en Emerald Isle aan de Crystal Coast van NC. Semi-afgelegen locatie biedt niet-druk strand op slechts een steenworp afstand de deur met gunstige nabijheid van lokale restaurants, attracties en winkels. Ruimte attracties zijn onder andere NC Aquarium, Fort Macon en het historische stadje Beaufort. Condo heeft uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit elke slaapkamer. Ook uitzicht op het natuurlandschap inclusief de oceaan vanaf de eetkamer en de master bedroom balkons. Complex heeft een eigen zwembad, oceaan dek. Unit is 3 slaapkamers, 2 1/2 bad, met woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. King size bed in Master en Queen size bed in de 2e slaapkamer, twee aparte bedden in de 3e slaapkamer en een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Wasmachine / droger, 2 flatscreen-tv's, dvd-spelers, verwijderbare bedsporen voor kleine kinderen, veel boeken en spelletjes. Vergeet niet om uw lakens en handdoeken mee te nemen. Updates en wijzigingen omvatten:
2019 - volledig opnieuw geverfd, nieuwe lichten, spiegels, wastafels, kranen, werkbladen en kasten in alle badkamers, alle nieuwe raambehandelingen, nieuwe vuilophaal, licht in de keuken (er wordt altijd iets nieuws toegevoegd)

2018 - nieuwe matrassen in alle slaapkamers, nieuwe gerechten, keukengerei, nieuwe gasgrill en andere comfortvoorzieningen zoals kussens en kussens.

2017 - gloednieuwe AC-eenheid, slaapbank, love-seat

2016 - gloednieuwe koelkast, vaatwasser en droger. Nieuwe verf in de woonkamer en trappenhuis.

2015 - granieten aanrecht, aanrecht en kraan.

2014 - tegelvloer in de keuken, half bad en eetkamer. TV in de slaapkamer.

Opmerking: deze accommodatie is onlangs gekocht van een mede-oceaanliefhebber die ervoor wil zorgen dat uw tijd op het strand comfortabel en ontspannen is en u kunt genieten van de ervaring dat u op het water en op het zand bent. Ik ben bezig met het updaten en het aanbrengen van wijzigingen.

Opmerkingen:
We hebben weinig strandstoelen en een parasol. Maar we kunnen niet garanderen dat ze er nog steeds zijn, en misschien strandspeelgoed (ze komen en gaan :-)). Voor beddengoed en handdoeken kunt u deze huren bij de plaatselijke winkels: Beach Gear Rentals of Island Essentials

Our friends and family 2025 beach vacation

We had a wonderful time on our friends and family beach vacation at Spivey’s Corner. Our house was just as it was described being steps away from the beach access. It was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities on site which was very nice. Everyone had such a good time hanging out at the beach followed by the pool on site and sitting outside on the deck enjoying the evening breeze. Lots of fishing on the beach along with a very successful fishing charter. We enjoyed some local restaurants in Emerald Isle as well. The property is very quiet and secluded which was a plus for our group. All in all our stay was a big thumbs up from everyone.

Great location

This property was an excellent layout for us. Bedrooms on two floors offers more privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a first floor entry/laundry area which provided space for our beach bags and sandy shoes. As the third unit from the beach, it was an easy walk to the ocean and an equally short walk to the pool. We were thrilled with our stay and will most definitely look forward to visiting again.

Excellent Beach House!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We all enjoyed the layout which has a king sized bed with a private bath (and balcony), a queen bed in the other large room, and twin beds for the kids in the middle level room. This worked perfectly for our family which consisted of 4 adults and 2 young children. We spent a large amount of time at the pool which is well kept, large and shaded during parts of the day. Everyone is incredibly friendly and there are plenty of places to explore close to the beach house (goofy golf, restaurants, pizza (that delivers!), Fort Macon, Beaufort, etc. Klaudia is exceptional to work with. Very communicative and helpful if you need her. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a quick walk to both the beach and pool.

Fabulous Location

The proximity of the beach to this rental was incredible. Taking all of our beach “necessities” down to the sand only took minutes. Also the ability to go in and out through the laundry room (ground floor) and the living room (main floor) made things super convenient. The views of the ocean from the porch and master deck were great. The way that the unit is laid out and the soaring ceilings gave space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room provided a great space for meals. Bedrooms were spacious with the twin bed room being the smallest. The furniture in the living room was very comfy and there was plenty of room in there to watch TV, play a game or read. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. Another great thing about Spivey’s Korner was its convenience to restaurants, grocery store, putt-putt golf and the aquarium. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to rent a family-friendly place at the beach with ocean views and easy beach access. It was wonderful and our family made memories!

Perfect getaway!

I am so glad we found this place while booking our vacation! It was perfect. Only steps away from the ocean, which was never overly crowded! Having the pool on the lot was awesome too for when we wanted a break from the waves. Check in was a breeze and the location was easy to find! The kitchen was stocked up with everything we would have needed to cook meals when we didnt want to go out to eat! Klaudia was an amazing host! She always responded very quickly and even went out of her way to send me info on different events going on in the area at the time of our stay! Delightful!!!

I am already missing Spivey’s Korner! The condo is very well appointed and plenty of space for everyone to put their belongings in drawers and closets without tripping over suitcases. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook all three meals if you wish. Just steps from the beach it is an absolutely lovely condo. We highly recommend families give Spivey‘s Korner a try on their next vacation at Ocean Glen.

Great house and great location

This house is in great shape, very clean and was laid out in a way that was convient for our family. The beach is amazing, and not crowded at all. The bonus that sold us on this rental over others was the pool, which was nice for the kids to transition to after several hours of playing on the beach. Communication from the owner was excellent both before and during the stay. We will strongly consider staying here again.

What a gem

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Very easy access to the beach, and the complex has a pool. The house is cleverly laid out to make full use of space. Because there is no condos nearby, the beach is not crowded. This location is a nice find. Not as expensive as the single family houses in Emerald Isle, but just as nice for a family. The property manager is very responsive and we had everything we needed. We look forward to another visit here.

Great Beach Getaway!

The location of the property cannot be beat. Right on the beach, and plenty of room to spread out. The unit was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Both my 9 and 13 year old liked it as well. The only thing missing is a direct view of the ocean from the living spaces, but we enjoyed the large common area deck to get our evening views in. Note that there 4 levels/sets of stairs in the unit, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Communication was A+.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

Our family could not have been more pleased with this beach property! The location is unbelievable, just steps to private beach access. Gorgeous sunrise and ocean views from the master bedroom as well as the porch. The home has everything you need for a great vacation as well as comforts that make the vacation that much better. I read two paperback books while we visited from the library they have in the upstairs hall. The different levels allow for plenty of space to spread out and relax. The unit was super clean and just allowed us to settle in quickly. There is an abundance of beach and pool items available and outdoor hose to clean off. The pool feels very private and is easily accessible from property. Finally, communication with the owner was beyond easy and the keyless entry on both doors made the process seamless. The area was really peaceful, lots of dolphin sightings and some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen in the Atlantic. Just wonderful all around!

Convenient to beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ocean Glen, Pine Knoll Shores. The condo was clean and had all amenities that we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking etc. Appliances were top notch including a large washer and dryer. Beds and all living furniture were very comfortable and clean. Owners had great library! Location to beach was very convenient. Potential vacationers should be aware that there are lots of steps down to beach as well as steps to the 3 levels in the condo. Digital locks on home made entry into home very easy…no keys to keep up with. Owner very easy to communicate with. Will definitely consider again!

Perfect getaway!

This condo was *exactly* what my family and I were hoping for. It was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more! Super family friendly, lots of beach chairs and toys, comfortable beds and couches and a view to die for! The pool was also a nice touch for the lazy afternoons-also super clean and quiet. The location cannot be beat and everyone we ran into was friendly. The beach was not crowded at all and there were lots of families and older folks so it wasn’t a party scene at all. A week in paradise

Steps from the beach, and a short walk across the street to a neighboring community with a pier out onto the sound. That’s the best of both worlds! Very timely and helpful communication with the owner when needed. Views of the ocean from main level and master balconies. And the beach was almost empty, was like we had our own private beach all to ourselves. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!
