'We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. 'We appreciate the opportunity to check in a little early. We arrived sooner than expected. It was an easy drive to local grocery store which minimized the amount of advance meal planning. Two suggestions I would offer include, directions on how to use Roku and that TV uses HDMI 4 for DVD. The second, that mattress on the bed in the loft. I don't think the sleep number settings fully work as the R side of the bed, as you are facing the bed, is permanently sunk. These two things are minor...

'We were passing through and needed a place to spend one night. This place was just perfect! So much better than any hotel. Very beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend it. '

'We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch! '

'Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting.'
