'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'The room was what you would expect for a discount motel chain. No issues there. The problem we had was the pipes in the bathroom burst overnight, so we awoke to a completely flooded bathroom and bathroom area. The front desk's way of helping us was giving us a key to use another room's bathroom, but at that point, we just wanted to get out of there, wet luggage and all. We are still waiting days later to hear back from the manager about the incident.'

'Statues at Willowbrook and the room was upgraded and super clean and the jacuzzi tub was the star of the show. Huge bathroom as well. Loved the balcony to get fresh air. I thought all the indoor amenities listed were included in our stay but only the pool & hot tub were the rest you have additional costs for. But was super convenient not having to go far for all the activities. Staff went above and beyond for us! Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back again. '

'Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. '
