We all know that unforeseen things can happen, and for that reason we answer the phone until 11 PM to be reachable for emergencies. It is very regretful to receive your "terrible" experience review- as we pay so close attention to our properties. After checking on the almost new tankless water heater in the cabin you stayed in, and also talking to the guest who is there since you left, we were unable to detect any defect or luke-warm shower. Therefore we may assume that you had this experience maybe in another accommodation? It is our policy to discount or refund your stay should we be unable to remedy an issue, or if you were just not happy with your cabin.
