'The only let down to this location is the issue with parking. The hotel parking was full, the suggested nearby car park was not processing Apple Pay and there were no machines for manual payment. I had to abandon the car on the street (very few spaces as all resident bays until 11pm) and hope for the best so I arrived tired, very hot and bothered and quite grumpy.

'We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! '
