"Always stayed there and it was great again "

"We had problems on 2 consecutive days with the safe in our room which was not functioning. Had to wait some time both mornings till an engineer came to fix since all our stuff was inside. We were not compensated, which would have been a nice gesture. All receptionists were a bit grumpy and not really focussed on giving the best service possible with a smile. Food at the bar was excellent. Overall we enjoyed SS hotel, the location was perfect."

"The 60's decor is what attracted me a couple of years ago when I first stayed at the Beverly Laurel hotel. In addition to that it is conveniently located near the Beverly Center and The Grove, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The front desk staff was friendly and they even recognized me from earlier trips! The only thing I missed was housekeeping every day... or maybe every other day... but there were plenty of towels and I keep a clean house and room, so I was okay otherwise. If you like excess and luxury this hotel is not for you. However, if you like the charm of yesteryear combined with modern day amenities, a huge bed and peace and quiet, this could be your next stay!"
