Authentic fisherman's cottage 300 m from the beach

Located in the heart of the village of Piriac-sur-Mer, this small town of character at the western tip of the Guérande peninsula, halfway between the salt marshes of Batz to the south and those of Mesquer to the north, you will discover this typical village house "in its original state". Formerly a sheepfold and then a fisherman's house, it now welcomes our family, but also occasionally visitors from all walks of life. The spirit of the place is to be "at home" for everyone, in this inhabited house.
Located at the crossroads of the commercial and lively pedestrian street of the village and the alley of the Echappée, it is a family home on three levels, with a pretty little garden very sunny. Its location gives it proximity to all the essential places of Piriac (port, beaches, church, shops... within a radius of 150m) but also makes it a quiet house during the year, but in full swing during the summer period of this very frequent
city. The tranquility of the garden is to be appreciated in view of the background noise that can be emitted by the activity of two bars located nearby in late hours on weekends; if you are sensitive to noise, this house may not be intended for you.
The house has a living room, a kitchen and sanitary facilities on the first floor; A living room with a view of the street and the port, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom are located on the first floor; Two bedrooms under the attic and a toilet occupy the top floor. The garden with its vines, its herbs of Provence and its various plantations is
accessible from the house and from the main street. This historic 17th century house looks like a small doll's house of 85m², which is what makes it its character and charm.

SLEEPING
The house is designed to accommodate 7 people in two bedrooms with double beds facing North and one
bedroom with a double bed and a single bed facing South.

ACCESS - PARKING
Access to the house is through the reception of the Piriac Conciergerie. An entrance and a departure inventory
are organized for all visitors. Once there, the tenant benefits from a key box, to facilitate the comings and goings of all occupants independently.
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Parking: The alleys of Piriac are magnificent, so they must be protected from any vehicle. A parking lot is located in front of the Saint-Michel beach or on the market square (Paule Vince): Attention market three times a week –
vehicle to be moved / Both at 150m / Nevertheless it is possible to access for suitcases – see Access maps.
EQUIPMENT
The equipment of the house is free to use for a practical stay for our visitors, with a contract of trust a spirit of replacement for possible damages.
- Sheets and towels are not provided in the rental. Only duvets, 50x50cm pillows and
bed pads are installed.
- Only tablecloths are provided, they must be cleaned before departure
- All classic kitchen supplies are available
- Minimum condiments are available and free
- Drip coffee maker + Italian coffee maker with coffee grinder + Toaster
- WI-FI + Marshall Bluetooth speaker for radio or music
