'Not the room/chalet we booked, given another one. No heating, dirty, dusty, old worn furniture. We didn't stay the night, we drove 1/2 to another town and checked into a hotel. Disgusting.'

'The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly.
A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button.
The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out.
Overall is satisfactory!

'The room was fine but the wifi didn't work and the tv was broken. Despite many promises to rectify, they were not fixed for the duration of our stay'

'Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.'
