'This is a hidden gem! Just 5min from the centre of Banos but away from the tourist noise. Historic - I sat at the table of Ecuador's first President. Room was spacious and looked out on the garden. Great bar and restaurant. But best of all were the staff and service. Especially Paul who always went the extra mile and continues to do so as I forgot some stuff. 'This was an absolutely magical stay in Baños by the roaring river Pastaza. I really wished that I could have stayed more than one night! The views were amazing, and I would have surely loved to take more advantage of the hammock on the balcony! 'Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!'

'We arrived in the evening and we were welcomed very warmly by Bettina and her son. The view was amazing over Baños, very much worth the 15 mins hike up the mountain road.
