We are so sorry to hear we didn’t meet your expectations. After looking over your reservation we do show that you were in our two queen partial ocean view room. Away from the renovation, additionally that room has not be renovated yet. We do hope that you change your mind and come back after we have finished our renovations

We’re apologize that we didn’t fully meet your expectations. Our beach access has been closed due to safety concerns . We are working on getting that back up to code as part of our on going remodel.

We are sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your standards. Although construction will continue later on, as of three weeks ago we did stop construction. No number that we provide can reset the key, the keys have to manually reset by a front desk agent. Th numbers we provide are to get ahold of said front desk agent.

We're sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. As a hotel we do have to conform to a certain level of water pressure as well as temperature. The stairs down to the beach have been deemed as unsafe for many years but we do hope to reopen those in the future. We do also try our best to inform guest the lobby coffee is ready by 8am with a sign on the coffee table as well as including it in the welcome text. The entire property is oceanfront offering those gorgeous views however not all rooms offer a view. We do highly encourage you to return to see the transformation post the second phase of remodel and of course, in a full oceanview room.
