'It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.'

'The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.'

'I have stayed in Bayview before. It is a good hotel at a good price. My recent stay wasn't as good as before for a few reasons. When I entered the room, I noticed bubbles on the wall of my hotel room, which is probably a water damage and mold behind the surface. I stayed there during a typhoon and the room became flooded with water as water entered through the windows, so the hotel should do a few things to prevent this from happening, such as sealing cracks and gaps around windows, utility...

'The room was okay for the price. The hotel needs better plumbing. The toilet pressure was so weak. The bathroom sink was cracked and rusted. Tub is clogged. We were in a king size bed and the bed kept squeaking. Only thing new looked like the pillows. There was also a roach that showed up in our bathroom. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade.'

'The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. 'Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really'

Throughout the day, 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ON 4 SEPARATE OCCASIONS/TIMES all came up to the room and confirmed AC was not cold. The whole day to the next day, still nothing was done. I asked for a manager and only to be told the manager is off and to come back later “IF” the manager will be on site.
