The staff here was very friendly, very helpful and ice. It was a little complicated getting into the once we did it. It was okay, but it was quiet. It was safe. Will it parking lots? It was very nice. It was a comfortable stage beds were comfortable. To everything was clean, we really enjoyed it.

There are always people smoking pot, right near the door around back... I never felt completely safe in the room. Under the bed was VERY dirty, hair old socks... next time i will pay more to stay somewhere else.

It was convenient to the work I went to do. But it is not quiet for resting. it also has a lot of drug activities. My room was stinking and you could smell the drugs from outside the building as well.

Hotel was nice and clean, front desk had NO extra pillows so my husband and I had to share between three flat pillows even though online it says they have extra blankets and pillows available. The elevator and first floor hall smells entirely of marijuana. So may need some better air fresheners haha. And we had NO dishes in our kitchenette even though there is a clear display showing what's supposed to be in our room. Not worth over a 100 for one night when nothing was as advertised. At least the bed wasn't hard. Best part was the restaurant next door for a night cap. They need to improve their standards and false advertising. If I could get my money back, I would.

Staff wasn’t much helpful or welcoming at the desk at night, yet when I checked out in the morning the next clerk was more curtious and welcoming. I asked if there were stairs that I could take and staff said there’s only an elevator. Yet when I was leaving out from my room, I noticed that there were steps on the far end that I could walk down instead. Again, staff very half-a** on tending to guest’s. Won’t be recommending family to stay for the holidays anymore.

My recent experience at this extended stay hotel was disappointing. Typically, I expect to find pots and pans, a coffee maker, and a coffee/tea setup in my room, but none of these amenities were provided. In addition, housekeeping usually checks in each morning to see if guests need anything, but this did not occur during my stay. Overall, I found the hotel and its service to be subpar compared to other extended stay hotels I have visited. It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying at this hotel in the future.

The hallway smells like a mix of dust and garbage. Once you enter the room, it smells very dusty and dirty. The toilet still had poop in the bottom of the bowl, and there was no hand soap for the sink. 1 of the 3 pillows were dirty with a weird brown stain and a small dark spot on it. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night, go for it. But if you think you'll be here longer than that, I suggest finding a different hotel in the city of pittsburgh.
