Awesome looking but sorry no sleep means no bookin
They gave me the only room on floor that had AC unit on wall instead of under the window. And AC unit and thermostat was so loud, couldnt sleep 2 out of 3 nights. Then I got the room changed and slept 1 night peacefully. Don't know since when the room wasn't used, my skin was itchy all stay long. that usually happens to me with dust on bedsheets.

Had to change room almost 3 times due to unclean bathroom also room we stayed in heat did not work in the room. One rooms the bed was unclean and could not sleep there as well. But the breakfast food was awesome and they also had great selections for breakfast as well favorite was the fruit bar option

Property was nice. I want to give props to Maddie / Madison at the front desk. First she was there alone on a Friday night which I don’t understand that. She had to deal with some difficult customers checking in for a wedding. She remained extremely professional got through it and kept a smile on her face the whole time. She needs a raise. The night auditor wasn’t so friendly. But she still got the job done.

Room was very comfortable. decor is clean and modern. it was very quiet - you couldn't hear anything around you or activity in the hall. i appreciated the small things: shower lever was on opposite wall from shower head and there was a small shelf in the bottom corner. good efficient use of space. closet was nice with drawers and shelves. plenty of space for suitcases and to walk around. bathroom was roomy as well. 2 people could get ready - lots of counter space, though mirror could be wider. lobby had small shop for snacks and plenty of seating. made to order breakfast. did not go to jackson's restaurants, but will be back in July and will be staying here again.

Over all happy with our stay
This is our third stay at this location. The cleanliness has been declining. There was dust buildup on the cold air return to the heating unit. A magic eraser needed to be used on the shower stall lip by the floor. There was a black streak but overall I am very happy with this hotel. We have been treated very well there and will continue to use it.

Great stay!
The hotel was beautiful! The room was very clean, spacious, and nice fluffy towels! They had free coffee in the morning which was very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. A++++ hotel!

You can find something better for the price
It's a nice hotel, however staff could use better training in customer service. Keeping the hotel clean is absolutely isn't the first priority either. On another hand, the location is good.

Hotel was lovely staff was friendly and polite. But the bathroom in the room wasn’t clean and used wash cloths were left in the shower. They did change the room and gave breakfast vouchers for the next morning.
