THE SPACE
This rental consists of 2 separate houses in a private duplex building (no other apartments in the building! In total the rentals span 3400 Sqft, 6 bedrooms ; 3 full bathrooms; 2 fully equipped kitchens if you'd like to cook in.; Washer and dryer in both units; a spacious outdoor deck . There is plenty of room to spread out and relax with a detailed layout as follows:

Unit # 1: 3 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom
- 1 st floor: kitchen; living room; shared porch overlooking the South Side slopes with Adirondack chairs
- 2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 (1x queen bed) ; Bedroom #2 (1x queen bed) ; full bath w/tub in hall.
- 3rd Floor: Bedroom #3 (2x full beds) - foosball table.

Unit# 2: 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom
- 1 st floor: kitchen; living room; Full Bathroom #1 ; share porch (with the other unit) on the front of the property with Adirondack chairs
- 2nd Floor: Bedroom #1(1x queen bed) ; bedroom#2 (1x queen bed) ; full bath w/tub in hall.
- 3rd Floor: Bedroom #3 (1xQueen bed ; 2x singles via trundle)

Central location with easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer! The neighborhood is a wonderful combination of families, and college students. 18th street provides faster access to the Southside compared to the traffic of Carson. Additionally, 18th street has the famous "18th street stairs" which provide a 3 story staircase down from Pius to the bottom of 18th street. To get there, exit my door and go right, travel 200 yards down the road, and the stairs will be marked by a sign. This provides quick access to Carson Street. Roughly 7-10 minute walk. 18th street and Pius both do not require parking permits.

The Southside, in general, is a staple of Pittsburgh. 100 years ago most of the Southside was steel mills. You can still see fragments of the mills at the Hot Metal Bridge and various pieces along the bike/walking path next to the river. Carson Street is a combination of bars, cafes, and quality restaurants. Down towards the end of the SouthSide is The Southside Works, which is a great, family-friendly, newer part of the city where the American Eagle Headquarters resides. Overall, this is an ideal location with easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer!

North Shore (10 min uber)
Strip district (12 min uber from SouthSide)
Lawrenceville's (15 minute uber)

Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before VRBO taxes and fees.

You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and send us a message indicating the reason for your booking, more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not).

- Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking
